Cimmaron has incredible customer service skills rarely do I find people with her friendliness and smile and patience to talk with and help customers with all of their questions she is a star with a bright future in front of her
Purchased an item that I ended up not needing and the store refused to return it "because covid" what does that even mean? Will absolutely will not be back to this store.

If you're looking for something different that isn't sold in regular stores, don't bother. We bought an item that was for a sectional (box description said 3 seat sectional) that didn't fit. Also it was not the colour written on the box. Upon trying to return it for a store credit, we were denied. The manager said it was because it was opened. Of course we had to open it to see if it fit! So, ok, store credit then. Nope. It says under the code re policy, no returns if opened. I pointed out that the Return Policy on the cash register doesn't include the word "unopened". She said, "Yeah, it's at the bottom of the receipt." So she forced us to pick out something else TODAY, RIGHT NOW, otherwise we are out almost $50! She was very rude, and didn't care that we were going to lose money if we didn't find something to replace it. And if we chose an item that was less than what we paid for the item we returned we would not be given the difference. We're never going back. I don't know about the Chilliwack store, but this one in the Sevenoaks Mall will not be getting our business.
